Apito Biscuit

Crunchy and delicious cookies that you could make as a snack, even better when it is topped with our premium chocolate chips.
INGREDIENTS
  1. 500g Apito Biscuit Mix

  2. 250g Margarine/Butter

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Mix Apito Biscuit Mix and margarine at low speed for 1 minute.

  2. Whisk at high speed for another 2 minutes.

  3. Deposit all batter into mould, and bake at 200 Celcius preheated oven.

  4. Allow to cool and enjoy.
